John builds community-centered housing in Camden as a real estate development director and started Haggai Home to make that work faster and more accountable from start to finish. He manages Haggai Home's development and construction projects. He is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Business in Camden, where he is completing his MBA.
Luke manages property and construction work in Camden and leads Haggai Home's finances and construction operations. He is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Business in Camden.
We built our own engine so that every decision rests on sourced data: parcel, zoning, flood, environmental, cost, and municipal tax figures, each with its source and date. Questions that used to take months and tens of thousands of dollars get an answer in days, and the whole project lives on one record that the owner, the lender, and the contractors can all see.
