What every projectgives back.

We measure every project the same way, from the first site report to closeout, and we publish the totals.

Construction as apathway to work.

Every contract we sign carries a workforce plan: goals for local hiring, apprenticeship hours, and partnerships with training programs. Contractors report against it every month, and we publish the results.

Every project paysthe city back.

Before we recommend a site, we show what it will generate for the city in property tax, fees, and spending, using official published rates. Any tax abatement is shown on its own line, never hidden in the totals.
